We process the oldest orders as a priority, we also take priority requests into account in a courteous manner (birthday, exhibition, etc.).
As a reminder, there are two of us in the workshop, we work in an artisanal way and we do everything possible to satisfy the quality of your prints as a priority, we cannot guarantee express printing in 24 hours, thank you for your understanding.

Less than 30 orders in progress? About one week to complete.
Between 30 and 50 orders? Allow 10 days minimum.
More than 50 orders in progress? More than 10 days of waiting, but we're doing our best!
ps: we always speak in "working days", from Monday to Friday, we do not work on weekends, and allow at least 48 hours more from the Post Office for Colissimo shipments. We cannot answer all the requests for "where is my order", we prefer to devote our energy to printing it, thank you for your understanding.
